FAQ

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

Of course not! We understand events come in all different sizes!

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

 Please email me to place an order! For a quick estimate feel free to text me for a 24hr response.

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

The worst thing ever is having to stress out the day of your event. I like to deliver the day before to make sure you get everything you need and solve the rest with times notice.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

For simple party rentals ex: chairs, tables, jolly jumpers etc. at least two weeks in advance. However! we know things come up and we will work with short notice with a couple of days shy of your event.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

 We ask that any changes to your order be done no later than two weeks of your event. If a change is made there is a no refund policy on your order.

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

I give my personal phone number to be reached at any time of the day! I know how it feels planning and wanting everything to be PERFECT!

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

I ask for a 25% down payment towards the complete order to secure the date and the rest of the balance to be paid the day of the event to make sure you are paying for something that meets your expectations.
